Rincon de Los Larrosa is a unique property with more than 1.5 miles of Laguna Garzón shore, one of the most beautiful natural lagoons in Uruguay. Rincón de Los Larrosa has a rural setting, with several groups of old forestations and a pristine private sandy beach.

The property is surrounded by several summer ranches of foreign individuals and is 15 minutes drive from José Ignacio, a prime summer resort that has acquired international fame. José Ignacio is a peaceful village, located in a small peninsula on the Uruguayan Atlantic seashore. Laguna Garzón is recognized for its great fishing, and natural setting for nautical activities, such as windsurf, canoeing, sailing or swimming on its template waters. Motonautical activities are restricted to protect the large number of animal species that live in this ecosystem, including black-neck swans, wild geese, flamingos, herons, oystercatchers and different families of seagulls.
